Marketplace, not seller. Lifted operates as a marketplace and technology platform. Cannabis products are offered, sold, and fulfilled only by licensed cannabis retailers where permitted by law. Licensed retailers remain the seller of record for every transaction.

Age restriction. This platform is intended only for adults 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued ID is required at delivery or pickup. Orders cannot be left unattended and will be returned if a recipient cannot verify age and identity.

Fulfillment by retailers. Delivery and pickup are fulfilled by licensed retailers through their own operations where permitted. Availability, ETA, and order acceptance are subject to retailer participation, customer eligibility, regional regulations, and operational capacity.
